• Exclusive Kona Bay Estates neighborhood has manned guard shack at gate, Fortune 500 neighbors, and convenient access to downtown and Old Airport Park – playground, jogging paths, beach, basketball gym, Olympic pool.
• 30 ft. + Oceanfront Pool with ocean views, yard with lounge chairs. 
• Master has King bed, 2nd & 3rd beds have queens, 4th bedroom has 2 twins, and den downstairs has a sleeper sofa and full bath to double as a 5th bedroom.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Click Here for More Info.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $750 to $1,100 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $291.65.
