• Swimming pool for family fun plus large lanai with miles of shoreline view and view of town. Home is just 5 minutes drive to town, island’s best snorkeling and beaches. There is also a hot tub.
• 3 bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queens), 2 ½ baths, plus two living areas with sofa beds: floor futons for kids also available.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Click Here for More Info. Sorry: only babies under 12 months and children children old enough to swim, as we do not have a fence between the swimming pool and the guest quarters. Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $179 to $299 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $140.62.

Home is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking.	Home features large pool with wet bar and gas grills.
View from the lanai of Kailua Kona town and harbor – watch the boats, parasailers, and cruise ships.  View up to 15 miles of coast line.	Lanai also has wonderful sunset views.
Large family size living area with sectional with sofa bed…	Has view of the harbor & town - note the cruise ship.
Dining area overlooks pool deck and also has ocean views.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Master bedroom has king-size bed…	… and opens on to lanai with views of ocean and of town/harbor from the bed.
Large family room with TV / DVD / Stereo foldout sleeper couch often doubles as ‘4th bedroom.’	The second bedroom with queen size bed.
Third Bedroom also has Queen bed, opens onto pool.	The views of town lights at night are spectacular.  Note lit up cruise ship at left.

WOW! Words cannot describe how wonderful our trip became once we discovered how awesome our home was for our stay there. We all felt like we had stepped out of life as we knew it, and had entered "fairytale land". Not only were we in an upscale, impressive neighborhood, but our view from the "HUGE" lanai was unbeatable at best… never had we had it so good in Hawaii (and we have been there many times)…  THANKS from the bottom of our Alaskan hearts!  --   Jill Rodamer, Eagle River AK, Apr. The house was very clean, and the views were spectacular. Everything was available at the house for spending the day at the beach and the kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
