Christmas + New Year's Holiday 2008 Availability & Rates

Unless you request otherwise, we will decorate your home for the holidays- including a tree and outside decorations.

Deposits :
10% due now
40% on Sept. 20, 
50%  on  Nov 1st

      THERE IS A BIG DEMAND FOR THE HOLIDAYS !
                       This is our  busiest week of the year!
THERE ARE NO INEXPENSIVE  AIRLINE RATES .. during the holidays.  Also,  it is next to impossible to book FREE mileage airline tickets during the holidays.
You may get a better plane  rate if you arrive early i.e. the 18th or  19th  or fly on 1 of the  slowest days of the holiday period...Christmas Day and New Years Eve / Day.

*8 night minimum for  the holiday period at these rates.
Additional nights cheaper depending on how many nights and number of guests – please inquire.

Note: all units / homes have floor futons for kids; some also have sleeper sofas.

Holiday Cancellation Policy ( different from our normal policy )
Full refund if canceled before 9-25.  50% refund if cancelled between 9-25 & 10-25 unless – ( see below ). No refund if cancelled after 10-25, UNLESS we rebook.  If we rebook for the full amount, you would then receive ALL your money back with no fees deducted.  If booked for less, ONLY that amount will be refunded to you. For example : If your invoice less cleaning fee and taxes is for $4,000.00 and we rebook for $ 3,000.00, then you receive the $3,000.00.  You cannot use lost refunds for a later stay as is our regular policy.
