• Location in the heart of historic and charming downtown Kailua-Kona means you are walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping.  Several historical sites around the corner - from the beautiful seawall to Hulihe'e Palace to Hawai'i's first church.
• Condo was a former model unit, and has a view of the pool area.  Unit is fully equipped with boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles, Cable TV / DVD, phone, Wireless Internet, stereo, laundry soap for your private machines, and more!
• Queen size bed plus sleeper sofa in the living room and floor futons available for kids. Full sized Tropical bath. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & bean grinder, blender, etc. 
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Click Here for More Info.
• Rates: $65 - $90 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $62.50.

Aloha - I was about to send you a note when yours arrived.   We enjoyed our stay at the condo and found it most convenient to be so close to the Ironman area.   The condo was well equiped and we did take advantage of the fans.   ...  We did enjoy our time in Kailua-Kona and hope that if one of us qualifies for Ironman Kona again we certainly like to stay again at KB Condo and view more of the Island.  Mahalo, Neil and Jan Fleming; Taupo, New Zealand, Oct. Thank you for our stay at your Kailua Condo, we had a wonderful time, it's a great place!  We were impressed with the whole package, very nice accomodations and perfect for us.  The bed was quite comfy, the kitchen perfectly well set up.  We were pleasantly surprised that paper towel and toilet paper were included! 
We really liked the central location and the fact that we could walk just about everywhere. The pool was fun and evenings on the lanai were lovely.

For our first family vacation the Kailua Bay Condo was perfect for all our needs!  We couldn't have asked for a better location in Kona as we were within walking distance of all the shops and the trolly that brought us to many places along Ali'i Drive.  The Condo was incredibly homey and well stocked with all the necessities of daily living (towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies etc.).  I appreciated greatly the washing machine and dryer.  It was wonderful to be able to pack clean clothes when it was time for us to return home. We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and the accommodations were absolutely great.  I have never stayed where there was such a well stocked kitchen and bathroom!  The whole condo was super and the bed was very comfortable…  Having the washer and dryer right in the condo with all  the supplies available was awesome….  If we ever come to Kona again I would definitely stay at Kailua Condo and would gladly recommend it to anyone as a perfect place to spend a vacation and the price was very reasonable too.  Thanks for everything!    - Bob and Sharon Price, Sherwood AR Jun '08
