Condo is a block and a half (.2 mi.) to Keauhou Bay.	Condo Complex has two Pools

Bedroom has Queen Bed; living area has futon sofa, cable TV, DVD, and Stereo. Inside dining table, and a second table on lanai with a partial ocean view for sunset relaxing dinners. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small appliances, breakfast bar. Parking space right at your front door.

Keauhou Bay Resort complex has two swimming pools, one with water falls for the kids. Nearby Keauhou Bay has several canoe clubs, volleyball nets, a small swimming area with picnic tables, charter boats, kayak rentals and more (see page 2).

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Click Here for More Info.

Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener.

Rates: $65 to $90 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $62.50.

Complex has two adjacent pools – one a little deeper for adults…	…and one a little shallower with waterfalls for the kids.

The Condo is on an access drive off a quiet street in a small complex with only 48 units. …	This is one of the duplex units (left), so unlike other complexes you have only one shared wall (off kitchen / dining side).

Living + Dining Areas	Living Area has cable TV/ DVD and stereo, and Full-size Futon Sofa bed.

Kitchen has Dishwasher, Stove / Oven, and plenty of small appliances and supplies – well equipped to prepare meals.	Dining Area plus additional table on lanai.

Bedroom has Queen Size Bed	Bedroom has closet, dresser, and Zen garden

Lanai off Living & Dining Areas	Lanai Has Retractable Awning for dining in the shade or getting some sun. Table & chairs for outside dining.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Keauhou Resort Condo. It was roomy and quiet - only the birds awakened us. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great location for exploring the Island.
