• Master bedroom has King size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 double full size beds.  Floor futons for kids.
• Second home from the ocean and only one and a half miles to town. Also close to Keauhou Shopping Center (grocery, movie theatre, etc.) in the other direction. 
• Just four minutes to Snorkel Cove, White Sands Beach Park, Turtle Beach (Kahalu'u Beach Park), and Hanl's beach.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Click Here for More Info.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $169 to $259 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $151.03.
• Note: there is a small apartment on the first floor behind the garage that the owner stays in when he is off work.  He works on cruise ships, so is frequently away. Also, please note this home does not have a hot tub.

Our stay in your Kon Tiki Home was awesome…  It is really centrally located which makes everything very easy.   The pool was wonderful, as the [ocean] in front of the house was not good for swimming, so we made good use of the pool when we weren't able to go to the [the beaches up the road].  Everything was clean and in good working condition.  We couldn't have asked for a better set up for ages 1-75 yrs.   Thanks for all of the help you gave us and for providing a wonderful place for a family to stay.  -Bonnie Yumul, Las Vegas, NV  Dec. 07

The Kon-Tiki house was a perfect fit for our family!  We loved the location, the pool, and all of the extras like beach gear that it provided.  The pool, yard, and house were clean and organized.  We enjoyed countless hours on the lanai watching the rowers, cruise ships, and parasailers go by.  We were treated to near perfect weather---the rainman only came out at night.  Even the 6AM alarm (a cacophony of birds) that we couldn’t turn off didn’t bother us. We absolutely loved staying at the Kon Tiki Pool Home. The location was fantastic, it had everything we needed.  We will absolutely be staying there again. We didn't need anything extra in the kitchen, we loved all the things that were there for our use in all of the home…  Pool was fantastic, as was being so close to the ocean to sit out at night and just listen.
