• Brand new home (finished in '07) with swimming pool and miles of shoreline ocean views from both main lanais and both patios.    Home is located just 5 minutes to town, yet the neighborhood has wild turkeys and chickens that roam it.
• Upstairs: living area, full kitchen, dining area, side lanai for dining, master suite has private lanai overlooking pool and coast.  Upstairs bedrooms have 1 King & 2 Queens.  Downstairs has kitchenette, 2 patios, and 3 full beds between the two downstairs bedrooms which open onto pool. 
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Click Here for More Info. Sorry: only babies under 12 months and children children old enough to swim, as we do not have a fence between the swimming pool and the guest quarters. Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $255 to $375 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of 151.03.

[I wanted] to let you know how wonderful the house was for us.  It was well equipped, a great location, fabulous view, and fun to stay in.  I especially liked that everyone had their own space and we could get away from eachother when we needed to.   The only small thing we needed more of was plastic bags.  I kept forgetting to buy some.  All in all we had a blessed stay.  Thank you so much. We had a fabulous stay at the Orchid Isle House! We found the home to be very accomodating to our needs and our large family fit perfectly and comfortably. Our trip to Kona was absolutely fantastic and staying in the Orchid Isle house made it even more relaxing than we expected. The house is awesome, with a great view of the ocean (even from the pool). We woke up every morning to sound of tropical birds and the ocean breezes.
