• What a location!  You are in a quiet condo complex overlooking the pool with an ocean view, yet just a block from the “main strip” of downtown Kona: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and more.  Also a 5 minute walk to Honl’s beach (.2 mi), a popular surf and tan spot.
• Bedroom has a queen and a twin bed; fold out sofa in the living room. That's right, there are two bathrooms so people sleeping in the living room can have their own or the baths can be used as "his & hers" for just one couple.
• Large lanai with small fridge; living area has comfy furniture, cable, DVD, wireless internet.   Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small appliances, more; pass through breakfast bar and lanai dining table.  Your own parking space in the garage is close to the elevator, and so is your unit.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Click Here for More Info.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener.
• Rates: $75 to $100 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $62.50.
• Note: this unit is non-smoking, both inside and out.

We had a fabulous time in Hawaii and greatly appreciate the assistance in finding a place to stay. We stayed in the Kona Pacific 206A and we love it. Thanks to Tom for all your assistance in the preparations and rental requirements.  … We spent a great deal of time exploring the Island and not much time sitting in or at the condo but it was a pleasure to have a "home" to come back to. The beds were very comfortable and the space adequate, it was wonderful to have beach towels, boogie boards, and even a washer and dryer.  We also appreciated that we have 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. We have told everyone who asks that we would recommend staying in a condo and would recommend the Kona Pacific.
