White Sands Beach Home	Right across from this great beach park, awesome waves, and we supply the boogie boards.
"Snorkel Cove" is also close: sea turtles, lots of colorful fish, and beautiful coral.	Whitesands beach park has a lifeguard on duty and lots of area both in the shade and in the sun.

• Across from the beach, yet, minutes to shopping, grocery, movie theatres, restaurants, and more.
• Large top floor / 2nd story unit has forty-foot lanai with a 180-degree view of the ocean. Main bedroom King + Queen and Tropical bath with Large 2 Person Shower. Second Bed has Queen, 2 twin day beds in living area, plus floor futons available for kids.
• Gourmet kitchen with gas range, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, plenty of cookware and small appliances.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.
• Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment, cable TV/DVD, Wireless Internet, on site laundry with detergent/fabric softener. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of wares and appliances. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $149 - $229/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $189 - $229 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add 12.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $93.74.
• This is one of just 3 condo units in the building, and is thus much less crowded than a large condo complex. Each unit has parking close to its entrance, a laundry machine, gas grill, etc. Pending availability we can also book other units in the building to the same party if extra room is needed.

Large kitchen / dining area with breakfast bar.	Gourmet kitchen with 5 burner gas range, oven, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of small appliances / cookware / plates.
Dining Area seats up to six	Adjoining Lanai Table can seat six more.
Master bedroom has a King and a Queen Bed and window a/c, also has Cable TV / DVD, Large Walk-in Closet	Master bathroom has extra large two person 4’ x 6’ shower…
Shower has 2 adult height shower heads & one kid height head.	Master Bath has well stocked towel closet.
Second bedroom has queen bed and window a/c unit.	Second bathroom with tub-shower
Your White Sands Beach Home is just to the right of the large condo building... down to the end of this beach... and across the street to your front door. If you want close to the beach, this is it.	This is a popular scuba & snorkel entry, only 100 yards to the North of your home. A good quiet spot to sunbathe too.

We recently stayed at the White Sands Beach House and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The penthouse is particularly delightful and more than satisfies the desire for an exotic home-away-from-home.  It feels both homey and extravagant… Had a great time and will recommend the Beach House to friends.  Eric Russell and family, Bellingham, WA  - June ‘07

I asked my parents both what they thought of the Whitesands Beach Home Penthouse.  We all thought long and hard for a suggestion for you, but came to the conclusion that our stay could not have been more perfect.  The condo was more than beautiful and was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!  The views were priceless.  Thank you for everything!  You made our trip the trip of a lifetime! We had a wonderful stay in the Whitesands Penthouse...thanks to you!  The accomodations and location are excellent and we cannot say there was anything lacking... you have thought of EVERYTHING for your guest's comfort and convenience!  We particularly love the master shower and the tilework on the floor
is exceptionally beautiful!  Everything is so spacious and sparkling clean!  ...  Our friends have rented one of the lower units before so we know those are just as accomodating and inviting as the upper floor.  Again, Mahalo for all you have done for our family! Until next time... sincere thanks!

The place was great we really liked that all the necessities for enjoying the beach were provided such as beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear,coolers and sand toys.  The kitchen was well stocked with most everything we could need…  Overall, it was the best place we stayed at during the 18 nights we were in Hawaii, and are definitely going to try and return next year.  Thanks again hope to stay with you again next year.  --  Alan Baxter, Feb./Mar. ’08, Smithers BC

We had a great time and really enjoyed the beach house. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we appreciated all of the little extras. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. For instance, the coffee bean grinder was great since I bought some freshly roasted Kona beans and was able to make a great cup of coffee.
