• Large, 1,000 sq ft tropical unit in home at a cool 800 foot elevation in an older established upscale neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive from the center of Kona town, beaches, shopping and restaurants, yet quiet and rural with wild turkeys and lots of song birds.
• The beautiful gardens have many big trees and flowers – including the namesake Plumeria trees. Private patio with table & chairs and a view of the harbor. Have your morning coffee as you watch the cruise ships enter the harbor.
• Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
• Rates: $80 to $100 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $52.08.
• Note: this is a downstairs unit in a private home; the owners, an older couple from California, live upstairs.  They’re very quiet and respect their guests needs. The unit has it's own entrance; bath and kitchen are not shared. You have your own parking spot in the garage steps to your door.

Plumeria House is a traveler's dream.  From the immaculate, tastefully decorated rooms to the friendly hospitality of our hosts, what more could any traveler desire!  What a pleasant relief it was to find our accommodations just as pictured online…  I could have cooked a gourmet meal in that kitchen (if I could cook one)!  It was so well stocked with every gismo & gadget, loads of counter space, dishes, etc.  Jerry loved the toaster so when ours at home bites the dust, we are going to check into a Cuisinart…  What more can I say except that we wished we could have stayed longer.
