Cancellation Policy
We understand that our guests sometimes must cancel for unforeseen reasons. We have one of the best cancellation policies in Hawaii:
Your FINAL 50% payment will be refunded immediately if your trip is cancelled or postponed. On the first 50%, there will be a full refund if cancelled 50 days before arrival. Inside 50 days we will try to sell your space. For each day we rent, even at a "lower last minute discount " you will get a refund for that day. So if you book at $100 per day, cancel, and we rent it for $70, you get your full $100 refunded. Unlike most companies, we do not charge $50.00 service fees.
Any " lost deposit" can be used, as a FULL CREDIT towards a FINAL check in payment, for another stay at the same property within 8 months.
Your next stay may be adjusted for the season up or down, and is subject to availability. If this 2nd reservation is cancelled within 50 days of arrival, you will forfeit ½ the total of the 2 nd booking. The balance ½ can then be used as a credit towards a third booking.
