Cancellation Policy
Guests sometimes must cancel for unforeseen reasons. The owners on this site offer one of the best cancellation policies in Hawaii:
Your FINAL 75% payment will be refunded immediately if your trip is cancelled or postponed. On the first 25%, there will be a full refund if cancelled 50 days before arrival. Inside 50 days they will try to sell your space. For each day an owner can rent, you will get a refund for that day. So if you book at $100 per day, then cancel, You will receive $ 75 at once. The owner is holding 25% for that day ( $25) . If they can re rent it, you get your $25 refunded for each day rented. NO service fees deducted.
Any " lost deposit" can be used, as a FULL CREDIT towards a FINAL check in payment, for another stay at the same property within 8 months. Your next stay may be adjusted for the season up or down, and is subject to availability. If this 2nd reservation is cancelled, you will forfeit the total paid.
Note: There is a different policy when it comes to last-minute bookings and bookings over Ironman, Christmas, and New Year’s.
