Your private pool is surrounded by a sun-deck with plenty of lounge chairs; perfect for tans. (Swim toys included.)	Dining + living + kitchen areas look over 15 miles of coast and part of Kailua Bay / Town. The white ‘dot’ between the palm trees is a cruise ship. Sunset views are also spectacular.

Living area has island style furniture and oriental artwork. . .	. . .large TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo and vaulted ceilings.

Your kitchen will be stocked with paper products, filters, seasonings, foil and wax paper, cleaning supplies etc. The kitchen buffet counter is convenient to the dining room area.	Great gas range , lots of pots and pans, coffee grinder, rice cooker, steamer, crock pot, electric skillet. The cabnets are full of cookware, dishes and glasses.

Open area dining, great access to kitchen and ocean views.	Screened kitchen lanai has a 2nd table for the children.

Master bedroom has KING SIZE BED, 2 closets, TV, and a small sitting area.	Master bath has large double sink counter, a shower and separate tub for baths.

Second Bedroom has KING SIZE BED.	Third bedroom with two twins is often used as a kid’s room.

4th Bed has a King Size Bed, TV, and ocean view + pool view.	2nd upstairs bath has large shower.

With seating for up to 12, the “sunset lanai” directly off kitchen is perfect for casual meal. 2 BBQ grills for cook outs.	New - Larger gas grills on lanai

I flew out of Kona yesterday after a very successful family reunion based in the Shogun House. It was mostly as advertised, well-stocked, roomy and clean. The colors in the main room were dramatic and the bedrooms were great. Thank you for making the arrangements straightforward. We really enjoyed our visit to Kona, and the Shogun home was perfect for the 8 of us. We can't thank you enough for all of the equipment and toys you had there for the children. We used the play-a -pack, high chair, stroller, booster seat, car seat and toys. The grandchildren had a great time and the house was perfect for them to play and still be right in the areas where we were. ... Your home was so well equipped with everything we could need. We really appreciated the fact than there were condiments to use. It is good to be able to leave those unfinished or unused grocery items behind, knowing that someone will be able to use them. ... The house was great. Everyone in our group was very appreciative of how clean it was, their were a lot of supplies. I think the only thing we ran out of was laundry detergent, we just bought some more. The washer and dryers were a great help.
