All the rentals shown on this site are held to a standard of being well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and head out for a day at the beach. While some homes have features or supplies others don't, most are well stocked with a standard set of supplies. If there is a particualar item you will need and are not sure if it is at a particular home, please ask.

Kitchens - aluminum foil, plastic bags, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap (when there is a dishwasher), paper towels, basic condiments. Small appliances such as coffee makers, blenders, rice cookers, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Plates, glasses / cups, pots / pans, silverware, every utensil we could think of.

Bathrooms / Closets - towels, cleaning supplies, liquid handsoap (i.e. Dial), hair dryers, and lots and lots of toilet paper (we don't want you to run out ever). We do not supply shampoo, shower/bathing soap. Irons and ironing boards available at most homes, or on request otherwise.

BBQ Grills are supplied at all homes. Perfect for grillouts of burgers, hot dogs, fresh fish. Grills are not available at the condos, but the complex may have a communal grill for use.

Beach / Day Trip Accessories such as boogie boards, coolers / ice chests, beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. We do not provide snorkel gear; please see our info page for more on where to rent / purchase gear.

Laundry - all homes have on-site laundry facilities. We provide the laundry soap / fabric softener. Some larger homes have multiple washers/dryers.

Cable TV & DVD

Wireless internet / WiFi available at most homes.

Miscellaneous - Most homes have a private telephone line. We provide other accessories such as alarm clocks, stereo / radios, pens & note paper, and flashlights. Homes / condos are stocked with cleaning supplies, brooms, vaccuums, etc. Many of our larger homes have magazines, books, games, and/or movies.
